Yes complex issue. My thinking is the republicans moves to eliminate abortion, contraception and no fault divorce to lock in their religious cult voting block might be an opening to move some MAGA cult members to independent. Perhaps opening a window of not MAGA republican law makers majority to add laws to limit their encroachment on citizens rights.
