Ukraine is doing what engineering companies do to survive. Constant improvement. Find the leverage in technology. It could be software simulation or computer aided design of materials research. Ukraine is doing all that. Russia apparently is doing very little of that based on who is rewarded and in power.

Ukraine is doing the right things but that doesn’t assure victory. More pressure is needed on Russia. I am hopeful that China sees an advantage to Russia losing. Perhaps Russia dropping out conquest in Africa opens door to valuable influence by China. Or India is senses that Russia as a vendor of fossil fuel is fading so focus on Middle East and renewables.

Love seeing daily reports of oil fields burning and pipelines frozen and hard to replace refinery equipment destroyed.
