Ukraine has a domestic and successful weapons development and manufacturing industry. I wonder how much help they received from the west in terms of CAD, simulation SW and components? Was this all in from the US? That asset is far more effective than shipping weapons.
That story won’t be told for some time but my guess is that was a green light policy and continues. By the way most of the credit goes the Ukraine engineering talent, I am just suggesting the west offered leveraged tools.
