Thinking about the oil industry eco system. If storage tanks are blown up, if refineries are off line and if rails are not taking fossil fuel away from fossil fuel storage doesn’t the production drop more than just what was burned up? Pipelines to west are no longer an option. My guess is rail is a big part of the fossil fuel eco system. Thoughts?
