The stated goal in Louisiana is to charge both the Doctor and woman with murder. In Texas the goal is to financially ruin the family supporting any woman who has an abortion. This will threaten all women, even those who never have an abortion. All OB GYN doctors will have patients that have a miscarriage. Both the Doctor and the woman will be charged with murder or subject to vigilante law suits. That risk will cause Doctors to leave states with punishment for abortion. The risk of trying to prove it was a miscarriage to a MAGA cult or vigilante is too high. All women will live in fear as any could have a miscarriage.

Because the internet allows tracking of a pregnancy, anyone not bringing a pregnancy to term will be caught charged and considered guilty.

The laws requiring jail time are madness as there is no way to tell the difference between abortion or a miscarriage.
