The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Ukraine war sucks the economic life out of Russia’s war machine. Way cheaper than fighting a strong Russian attack of US interests. Same issue with Iran. US and Saudi control of oil markets is win win over Iran and Russian funding of Terrorists with oil money.
