As you probably know GM Ford Honda Acura etc will use the Tesla charging network starting 2024 with an adapter. Some of the vendors plan to add 30000 station and existing charge networks plan to support NACS and improve their quality.
220 with 50 amp breaker charges 40 miles an hour. The charging fixture is typically $500. Electrician install depends most around $1000
Apartments. Can use one breaker to charge 5 EVs. If all are plugged in the charge rate is slower. However for folks arriving at random times they likely will experience a higher rate.
For me the home rate is $0.11 per kWh. Tesla super chargers $0.33. However 95% of my driving uses home charge.
