Thanks! For my long Covid I charged my diet to oatmeal & berries, 4 cups of veggies and soup from the local coop (organic) and 6 oz of potato & chicken or salmon, plus 1 apple 1 banana
I know TMI I think my symptoms might have improved as I might have acquired a food allergy.
Of course it just be long Covid fading on its own.
