Lyten started production of Li Sulfur batteries that offer 2 times the energy density of current best li batteries.
Amprius started production this year of a battery with dense Si anodes and 2X the power density.
2X the power density means you can use battery of 1/2 the size and cost.
EV batteries are continuously improving in cost and performance.
What happens when EV replace gas vehicles? Less cost and more stable fuel prices. Less oil profit for Russian ands Middle East terrorists. Less risk of yet another Middle East war over oil.
And of course less pollution.
