Selling furnaces to industrial applications with lower operating cost sounds like a winner. What is payback time if you convert existing furnace before it’s end of life? It seems like the main value add it managing the projects including matching up energy production that is currently independent of this sector. It appears to require big steps. That is only large scale projects. Or can this be done with small pilot projects?
