Ok here is the deal the west offers Russia. Withdraw from Ukraine of course pre 2012. Dismantle all atomic weapons. The West continues a ban on investments in Russia infrastructure especially oil for 10 years. The west develops the Ukraine gas and oil resource with half the profits to rebuild Ukraine and half for Russian humanitarian aid for 10 years. Ukraine becomes a member of NATO.
Or the west continues sanctions until Ukraine is paid in full for war destruction and all war crimes prosecuted. Good deal right?
