In the US new lithium deposits and new lithium production tech. put at least the US as independent of external Lithium for a few decades.

For the same range technology like Lyten offers 40% weight reduction and 100% independence from any Chinese materials. There are other technologies that will improve weight and size for a given range, but Lyten appears to have the best marks. Now they just need to be successful in their new 2025 high volume production factory and be accepted by the auto industry (qualification in process...)
