Lyten batteries are in production for drones and such and in evaluation by the EV manufacturers.
Half the weight and 60% less CO2 for manufacturing using Li, sulfur and graphene. Oh and half the cost.
LFP batteries today use zero cobalt and nickel, but are heavier than NMC.
My point is EVs are a work in process, continuously improving in cost, performance and production CO2.
