Lost 27 pounds in 2 months. Oat meal (instant no sugar) plus blueberries and chia seeds in morning. Local co op for 4 cups veggies and soup (more veggies). An apple in afternoon a banana at night. Snacks on nuts and dried fruit. Dinner convection oven chicken one night, salmon patties from Costco (wild) and 6 oz potato
The lunch salad bar includes black beans and garbanzo beans.
Will check my cholesterol numbers end of September.
Yup I don’t cook but progress.
