It will not matter what the electric source is. 50% of oil consumption is for fossil fuel gas and diesel. Natural gas and coal used for electric power do not effect the trend to EV. Folks think it is about climate change. That is only a small factor. It is a better driving experience and rapid drop in EV cost that is the main driver.
