Interesting position Musk has himself. He is tarred by his actions and that of Musk.
So Billions in stock value will be lost. I wonder if his workers might revolt demand he step down and could his voting shares into non voting preferred or a trust. Or You know strike. If fired who cares the company is doomed anyway.
