Instrumentation was essential to the development of semiconductors and computers. In just 50 years the transistors went from buying 1 at a time to 3 billion in each microprocessor powering cell phones and AI. Instrumentation is just as essential in any field to reduce cost, improve benefits. Very cool that smell is being used.
