I would celebrate each loss of oil production in Russia. They use the money to build weapons of mass destruction against the U.S. Less Russian oil profits better security for the U.S.
of course it is also better for Ukraine, especially if it degrades their fuel for logistics.
If you are a citizen of the world buy an EV, take more oil off the market so less profit for Russian and Middle East Terrorists.
