I wonder if you know an analyst that can estimate how long the current pipeline of fuel will last before the fire effects results in fuel shortage for the military and fuel shortage for Russian citizens day to day use. Same question for oil or refinery exports. For refinery exports I think the answer it went zero and now Russia is importing refined fuel. If so I wonder if ports are next like Crimea port attack.
