I have near zero knowledge nor military field knowledge. However my guess is destroyed oil resources will continue to grow at about 1 per week for next few weeks. Then drones will attack rail resources and finally any ground transportation (trucks and such). In short there will be serious logistical limitations by April-May
That would be a good time to go on offense.
