I am not sure why but Lyten rarely come up in 2027 forecasts for lower cost, higher energy density batteries. Lithium Sulfur batteries with graphene are in production and passed tests for safety, life cycles (1400), zero dependence on China materials and a path to high volume manufacturing using existing battery manufacturing equipment. And of course higher energy density. Qualification for DOD requirement for zero dependence on China materials - done. Sales in 2025 for DOD drones in process. Evaluation samples shipped to automotive vendors done for initial samples.
Will Lyten be successful? Don’t know, don’t own any stock. My only point is Lyten is close to high volume production and might be certified for EV use by about 2027 with half cost solutions and performance exceeding NMC.
