Some minor comments- if you have an LFP battery the production CO2 is lower. When buying an EV you encourage more industry investments so lower battery cost and perhaps lower production CO2.
Take case of Lyten.com with Lithium Sulfur and 3D graphene. The estimated CO2 emissions is half Li NMC. The Energy density about 2X. So I can pretend my EV purchased help prove the market so attracted investment in Lyten. Ditto for the other battery technology in process light high Si density anodes
