I am an engineer and have a different view. First I remember when transistors sold for $10.00 each. Now you can buy 3 billion for $100.00. And what can you do with those transistors found in a computer? Automate , replace 50 workers with a robot. Now you can lower the price, increase demand for any goods or services . But wait. If this continues(and it will for all goods and services) everything becomes cheap but will workers have jobs?

Well let’s share the work. 30 hour work weeks, 6 weeks vacation student teacher ratios 15 to 1, school 16 years (pre school plus 2 college). New job types for personal development….

You still need to reward risk and hard work, but really 90% of the reward is winning, the money difference of 10x would be enough. Human nature ensures that.
