Himm. Is there any Marrshall Plan hint that could tip the end sooner? Seems like if Russia stops the war today they are in a deep hole with no way out. Perhaps if Russia agreed to a free press jobs could be added in grid battery factories and wind turbines. So some sort incentive that is win win.
