Great article
Some additional suggestions.
Let your friends know that the latest LFP battery has an expected life of 1,200,000 miles. The drive drain of Tesla are engineered to last 1,00,000 miles.
Many folks don’t realize the progress EV have made in the last 5 years.
Range: this one is tricky. 99% of miles driven are meet with 257 mile range batteries. Long trips of 400 miles need two stops one of 15 minutes, one 10 minutes. If you own an EV educate your neighbors and friends.
Final point. If you meet someone who drives 20,000 miles a year, do the math for them on fuel savings. In some states with both government credits and fuel savings over 10 years the cost of the EV is zero.
