Expected life of current generation solar panels is now 50 years, increased from 20.
The volume of solar panels for recycling is only now reaching a volume to make recycling profitable. In short solar panels are only getting better. Same for grid storage ( battery cost going down fast etc).
Solar wind and storage is now cheaper then coal and gas.
Not sure what your point is about solar panels. Do you see them as net positive compared to coal and gas?
