Exactly. In short Toyota is generating propaganda to increase sales. The claim that they are coming out with 900 miles range solid state batteries is purely to have folks delay their buying an EV. Their is no prototype shown. They have no independent third party review. They offer no price target. Except of course that it will be cheaper, faster to charge, have a longer life, amazing range.
And yes buy hybrids, so much better then an EV and it is essentially all Toyota offers.
