Each 40 amp circuit can support 10 EV sharing charging from 6 pm to 6am. So 12 hours of charging adds 30 miles range to 12 EVs. So ball park > 50 EVs sharing one 200 amp panel. If EV owner needs more, then use public charging. The bulk of EV use can serviced. Note each EV owner would use a device design to share one breaker with multiple EV. Many options on the market.
