Could you publish a Climate score card once a quarter or dash board
So a one page summary of:
1. Wind and solar installations and current life time costs for new installations
2 basic trends in EV and EV batteries so sales and latest batteries introduced and in production. A small section on EV tech in the lab.
3. Basic trends on grid storage.

A one page high light of trends and new technology would be cool for each major electric power trend, so 3 in total

Perhaps another once a year on home and business heating (slower pace of change I think.
