Could the card board drones take out trenches?

On mines, there must be a cheaper way to mutualize them once geo located to within 2 cm. Maybe a drone on wheels brushes the dirt away and dumps acid or base liquid on those made of plastic. Or some other chemo where robotic drones save lives and the cost to neutralize a mine is under $5 or so
