Bio tech will change the world using AI plus constantly improving knowledge of DNA etc. wind solar grid batteries and EV batteries are constantly improving. Fossil fuel revenue can easily fall by 50% by 2040.
Engineering development is changing fast, my impression is Russia is not tracking, is falling behind. China is right in the mix. Russia is not. Could they catch up? Maybe, really hard with dictatorship trying to decide everything. Also really had without free access to world information and collaboration.
