Any destruction of train resources would be good. I am an engineer so looked up steel failure with thermal shock. Yes it would work. But is it cheap and more effective than targeting train- don’t know.
Your point is 100% correct. Stagflation is setting in.
Of course faster, cheaper destruction of Russian war machine and economy is the dream.
