1962 , 15 years old, built my ham radio transmitter. Strung up wire in the fir trees in Panama City Fla. my first foreign contact, Cuba. Himm and no visit from the FBI (Cuban missile crisis time).

Yes and then on to EE in computer world. Where engineering projects needed massive scale for SW tools and new generation fabs costing several $Billion based on a belief if you build a better cheaper product the market will grow. My job and job of all Intel employees was continuous improvement.

That, of course, is the EV industry today. Only the simulation SW is more detailed plus AI saves years by suggesting the most likely DOE (design of experiments) for progress, saving years.

Back to playing. Kids and software. What are going to do? Kids will be kids.
